Aerocloud is an airport management software company that leverages cutting-edge technology to revolutionise airport operations. Their innovative and comprehensive solutions enable airports to run more efficiently, reducing costs in the process.

We collaborated with Aerocloud to highlight their passenger monitoring service, which tracks the flow of human traffic throughout the terminal. By utilising CCTV cameras to monitor the number of people, their movement, speed, and any bottlenecks, the system can predict and prevent congestion. Importantly, the software is completely anonymous, capturing no personal data from travellers.

Our brief was to produce a client testimonial showcasing the positive impact Aerocloud’s software had on Liverpool John Lennon Airport. We interviewed the Head of Security and Terminal Operations, the Standards and Performance Manager, and other key airport personnel. They shared how the software had dramatically improved operations compared to their previous manual methods of monitoring foot traffic.

Aerocloud was thrilled with the final video, particularly how we successfully navigated challenges like filming in a high-security, high-footfall environment. The finished product truly showcased how Aerocloud’s software transformed the way Liverpool John Lennon Airport managed its passenger flow, saving time, money, and resources, while enhancing the passenger experience with smoother, stress-free journeys.
