We were commissioned by training provider Mojave Training to create a promotional video that showcased their operational leadership courses, alongside producing their full suite of training videos.

Using a presenter-led approach, we featured two of Mojave’s co-owners and paired this with dynamic B-roll footage to keep the content engaging and visually compelling. We filmed across several striking locations, including a beach for an energetic “walk and talk,” giving the video a natural, approachable feel.

The film highlights the importance of strong operational leadership and demonstrates the real-world benefits of Mojave’s courses for emerging leaders. To add depth and impact, we also incorporated historic footage of soldiers, reinforcing themes of leadership, teamwork, and resilience.

This project showcases how thoughtful video production can bring a training provider’s courses to life, informing, inspiring, and engaging audiences, while creating a professional resource that supports learning and leadership development.
